Chapter 1389 Extra Story 144 Of Edgar Intimate Lovers
Edgar saw the look on Maggie's face as soon as he entered the room. He felt his heart melting as he strode towards her. He handed her phone over to her and put his arms around her. Then he asked, "Do you want to have dinner here at home or outside?"
"Can you cook for me?" Maggie said, sulking as she looked at Edgar lovingly.
Edgar sighed to himself. He never really could resist Maggie. He kissed Maggie on her forehead as he prepared to stand up.
However, Maggie pulled him back before he could stand on his feet.
"What's up?" Edgar's voice was low and gentle.
Maggie leaned against Edgar's legs. Her gaze locked with Edgar's. She looked into his eyes before asking, "I didn't want to ask you this, but is our ten-day holiday going to be over because we go back to school tomorrow?" She pouted, "I think Dad should give us more holidays."
Looking at Maggie's expression, Edgar couldn't help but smile. "But then we shouldn't want Dad to be playing favorites."
Maggie curled her lips. "That's okay. Dad really does have his favorites. Hmm, I know more than what you think."
Edgar burst into laughter and pulled Maggie on his legs. With his arms around her tightly and his chin against her cheek, Edgar said, "When you decided to marry me, you knew this would happen. We're going to be apart a lot."
Maggie put her arms around Edgar's wrist and muttered, "I thought I wouldn't mind, but I did." She spent every second worrying about him and missing him at the same time.
"But I know you'll work hard." Edgar's eyes dimmed. "I didn't want you to do that. However, if we want to spend more time together, maybe you should work harder so you can keep up with me or so you can relate to me more."
"Why can't it be the other way around?" Maggie suddenly straightened up, turned, and looked at Edgar, waiting for his answer.
But something arose in Edgar's heart. Edgar felt a warm current rush through his body when he saw the look on Maggie's face.
Maggie felt something hard against her. She frowned and then realized what it was. Her face flushed as soon as the realization fell on her. Her initial response was to get away from him, but this only aroused him more.
Edgar gasped because he thought Maggie was just playing with him. It seemed as if she was challenging him. It took everything to control himself. Maggie stayed put to where she was, unmoving and uncertain what to do. Then she said, "You... You should go cook now."
It was difficult for a man to restrain himself with such temptations, especially this woman was Edgar's wife since they'd gotten married. He just couldn't restrain himself anymore. He wanted Maggie right now.
"Maggie," Edgar called in a low voice. His breath was hot on her face. "I'm hungry. Care to feed me?"novelbin
Maggie understood what he really meant-her face turned ten shades of red. Edgar's typical demeanor was serious and formal especially in front of other people, but whenever they were alone, Edgar turned into this kinky man. He'd do anything no matter how kinky it was.
Edgar couldn't wait to hear Maggie's answer. She looked like she wanted him as much as he wanted her.
On the soft sofa, Edgar could feel how perfect they were for one another. They were compatible with one another-in everything.
As they lay on the sofa, they made love over and over again. When things started heating up again, they decided to move to the bathroom. Their small apartment was filled with honeymoon love, typical of any newlywed couple.
It wasn't until about eleven that they'd finished. By this time, Maggie was starving that her stomach was already grumbling. Edgar had to control himself.
"Do you come from some special army that makes you this strong even in sex?" Maggie felt exhausted even as she was eating.
Edgar pulled her towards him so that she was sitting on his lap. He then started to feed her the noodles. He said playfully, "Hmm, you know, we can still go for a fourth time later."
Maggie took one big gulp and tried and wrestled herself free from Edgar's embrace. She muttered, "We're going back to school tomorrow. You just need to stand there and say a few words, but I actually have to go back to training. Do you want to mock me and watch your ex-lover punish me?"
Edgar was aroused again because of Maggie trying to escape. He lightly slapped her on the behind to stop her. He asked, confused, "What ex-lover? I don't know what you're talking about."
"Claire!" Maggie muttered as she struggled to free herself.
Edgar gritted his teeth. He didn't get aroused that much, but whenever she did things like this, it was what excited him the most. Nheless, she made sense. They'd have to think about the next day if they did what they were going to do.
"She isn't my ex-lover," Edgar said through gritted teeth. "Maggie, don't move. If you don't stop, I won't be able to control myself."
When Maggie saw the sparkling in his eyes-a look she knew all too well-she froze. She grabbed the bowl from Edgar's hands and jumped to her feet. She was already so exhausted that she ran to the bedroom right away.
Edgar sighed as he put on a helpless smile, shaking his head. He decided to finish the noodles Maggie had just eaten before joining her in bed. When he did, he put his arms around her as he soon dozed off.
The next day, the sun was bright and shining. While most people lamented the end of the gone-too-soon Spring Festival Holiday because they had to go back to work, Maggie dreaded going back to the military school as well.
They greeted each other a "happy Spring Festival" before they chatted about their respective holidays. Maggie had no interest in taking part in silly things like this. As for the holidays, well, whose could compare to hers? She went through everything-up and down, just like a firecracker.
"Did you know that Cain would stay here?" Benjamin said. He didn't say who he heard it from, but he was the biggest gossip in the group, even more gossip than the women.
Maggie frowned upon hearing this. After everything that had happened in the past, she was still hesitant about Cain. She didn't know what Edgar did to Cain yesterday, but whatever it was, she had a strange feeling about it.
'Am I starting to become too sensitive because of everything that happened?' Maggie thought to herself.
Maggie was hearing them gossiping about Edgar when a whistle suddenly blew out of nowhere. Everyone stood up immediately.
"Clean yourselves up. Let's meet at the playground in ten minutes." Claire's sharp voice came. She was looking at Maggie menacingly before she turned to leave.
Maggie snorted to herself. She then followed the others as they all cleaned up and then they gathered to meet at the playground.
After the holidays, the first thing that they did was to get them to adapt to the military environment. However, for some reason, the training was seemingly more difficult than it used to be. Maggie didn't know if Claire had something to do with this or not. Normally, Maggie wouldn't have a problem with this, but she hadn't been getting sleep these past few days and with Edgar keeping her up last night, she was finding it hard to keep up. Cain was calmly leaning against a tree as if nothing had happened. His handsome face was perfectly sculpted emphasizing the indifference that was pasted on it. He looked at Maggie as if he could see right through her. A small smile was tugging at the corners of his mouth. That smile on his face annoyed Maggie. ^^^^^^^^^^^^
