My Aloof Sisters Asked for My Forgiveness

Chapter 709

"Let me go... Let me go!"

The bartender was pinned down against the bar. He struggled frantically as his face filled with terror.

"You had this coming!" Devina spat as she felt a deep sense of satisfaction. After all, this bartender and Brad had seriously pissed her off.

Bryce's men restrained Brad and the bartender and dragged them before Dustin.

"Kneel!" Bryce barked and delivered a sharp kick to the back of their knees.

The two men collapsed onto their knees in front of Dustin. They looked utterly miserable.

Their emotions were a tangled mess.

Devina was just an ordinary woman. Who would have thought she knew someone this terrifying?

Even the highest-ranking figures in Hattan were furious over this incident, and he was willing to shut down the Mabry family's Euphoria Lounge without hesitation.

Who was this man?

They were kneeling before Dustin and the only thing they felt was pure fear. Neither of them dared to lift their heads to look at Dustin.

The onlookers were just as shaken.

By tomorrow, the word about the night's events would spread like wildfire across Hattan.

This was not some minor incident. The top Mabry family's business was about to be destroyed. No one could predict how the Mabry family would react or what they would do to this man.

"What level of punishment would you like them to receive?" Bryce asked Dustin with utmost respect.

Brad and the bartender trembled.

"Please, I'm begging you! Let me go! Just this once. I swear I'll turn my life around!"

"I'm scum! I deserve to die! Just... please, give me a chance to make amends!"

Both men pleaded desperately. If they were not being held in place, they probably would have run and bowed a hundred times.

"This is up to you," Dustin said as he glanced at Devina.

"What do you think, miss?" Bryce asked her with a smile.

Devina felt excited. She had never imagined that one day, she would hold power over someone else's fate.

"They've probably done this kind of

thing more than once. Who knows

how many

women they've hurt?

They're despicable! They don't

deserve to be let off easily!" She said firmly.

"Rest assured. They will face the punishment they deserve. I guarantee they won't

be out on the streets for years." With that, he waved his hand. "Take them away!"

"This feels amazing..." Devina was slightly intoxicated from the sheer thrill of power. Even Bryce treated her with respect, and the sense of superiority it gave her was unlike anything she had ever experienced.noveldrama

"Authorities will arrive soon to shut down Euphoria Lounge!" Bryce announced loudly.

The crowd broke into hushed discussions.

The most exclusive nightclub in Hattan was about to become history.

"Not just yet," Dustin suddenly said. "Let them keep operating tonight. Shut it down after I've had my drink."

"Understood. It will be closed the

moment you say so," Bryce said and bowed. "I won't disturb your evening. Please, enjoy yourself. If you need anything, just call us..." swnovel

With that, he and his men dragged away the bartender and Brad.

"I want a drink. Where's my drink?" Dustin called out.

"I'll get it for you!" The bar manager rushed behind the counter and personally poured him a glass.

He realized that if he could stay in Dustin's good graces, perhaps there was still hope.

"Miss, what would you like to drink?" the manager asked Devina with equal deference.

She was thoroughly enjoying the respect and ordered another fruit cocktail.

The bar resumed its lively atmosphere, but the volume had dropped, and a strange tension hung in the air.

Every few minutes, someone would steal glances in Dustin's direction, but no one dared to approach.

Several women who dressed to impress threw flirtatious looks at Dustin, but he did not spare them a glance.

A few tried to walk up to him, only to be shooed away by Devina.

"Dustin, you really shouldn't drink anymore..." Devina said worriedly as she watched him down another glass.
