Agreement Behind Her Marriage

Embracing New Life

The police identified Keith, the person who attacked Drew and Lily’s house, just a few days later. Brian’s car’s dash cam was on, as he had thought he was only going to be at Drew’s house for a few minutes, and it captured Keith on his motorcycle, including his license plate. After investigating Keith, they discovered he had been sending nasty messages to Brian.

Carmela’s case was reopened, and Faye apologized to the nurse after speaking rudely during their last meeting.Original content from NôvelDrama.Org.

Just as Lily had suspected, Carmela was under immense pressure from the public, the court, her family, and her job at the hospital. Most people didn’t believe Carmela, which only added to the pressure she was feeling. She had indeed been lying and sought Kenneth’s attention, but couldn’t believe she would end up being a victim.

As Lily knew, Carmela had a strong attraction to the doctor.

Many complicated things happened, but Lily achieved her goal. She knew that Kenneth’s group was in trouble, especially with a new murder charge added to Keith for killing Brian and using illegal drugs.

SIX MONTHS LATER…

Lily and Drew moved to a new residence after the bloody incident in their previous home. Their new home was near to Lauren and Finn’s house. A lot had happened in their previous residence, even though she didn’t want to leave. She knew within herself that her battle with the past was over.

All the pain and burden in her heart were gone.

“I’m going to paint now,” Drew said as he applied paint to his canvas. Simultaneously, he brushed his lips against her ear, and she felt his sticky palm gently caressing her side.

“This is messy, Drew,” Lily whispered.

“But you like it…”

She turned to look at her husband behind her. Hot lips welcomed her while his painted hand covered her bare chest. It didn’t take long for her to feel his length probing her entrance. Before she knew it, she felt his thrust while holding onto the wall firmly, accompanied by her moans.

A pleasurable orgasm washed over her abdomen as she clung to him.

“We’re going to paint a sexy experience on this wall,” Drew said, discovering a new canvas for his art.

Lily could only laugh. The wall in their new home that her husband had chosen to paint had been an intense and delightful experience.

“Why are you laughing?” Drew asked, and he playfully tickled the side of her body. She turned to face him, pressing her back against the wall.

“I’m certain they’ll assume we’re up to something. They’ve been curious about why we keep changing the color of our sofa at home. I’m not sure what excuse I’ll come up with for this canvas wall of yours,” she remarked while holding onto his neck, laughter in her voice.

“You know I don’t care. That’s what you call art!”

Lily laughed with joy, moving sensually with him and listening to their emotions in perfect harmony. Her giggle eventually gave way to soft moans as he pressed himself against her. She gently caressed her husband’s cheek before capturing his lips.

After a few moments, she was panting and catching her breath on his chest. The man lifted her and carried her to the shower area by the pool. Both of them were unclothed.

Once the paint had washed off her body, she playfully teased him before diving into the swimming pool, completely nude. He followed her shortly after.

“Mr. Sexy, why did you change your style?” she asked him.

“Style?”

“Uhm… You’ve become so sweet when making love to me.” His way of making love to her had evolved significantly compared to the earlier days of their marriage.

The man embraced her, and she squirmed in his arms, feeling his warm body. “I don’t want to push you. I’m afraid it may trigger you.”

He caressed her cheek.

She smiled. “No, Drew. You won’t trigger anything because you are my husband. I can feel the love you have for me while making love, and that makes me feel secure.”

“I love you so much, Lily…”

Drew captured her lips as she built the orgasm inside her body. Both of them were careless, which is why they were taken by surprise when they heard Danica’s voice.

“Lily… Drew…”

“Sht! Sht! Sht!” They were both alarmed.

“Ahhh!” Her sister came to an abrupt halt when she saw them and covered her eyes.

She clung to Drew tightly due to their nudity, causing her face to flush.

“Damn! Why are you here, kid?”

After a while, Orion also emerged, grimacing upon realizing they were without clothes in the pool. “Are you two having sex? And in the pool, where could someone possibly see you?”

“This is our home and we’re a married couple! Why did you suddenly barge in here? Get Danica out first!”

“Fortunately, both your dad and mine are outside. I’m not sure how they would react to this. Did you forget that you were the ones who invited us for a gathering this afternoon?”

“Furthermore, we’ve brought some items for your wedding tomorrow,” Danica mentioned, still keeping her eyes closed.

“Damn! We completely forgot! Please, step outside for a moment!”

Orion followed Drew’s complaint and guided their guests out of the house. Drew quickly grabbed his robe and handed one to Lily.

Lily, although embarrassed about being caught in the act for the first time, couldn’t help but laugh. After making sure they had tidied up, Drew invited their guests back inside. He seated her in front of the vanity and used the hairdryer on her hair.

“That’s hilarious!” Lily chuckled. She briefly closed her eyes to relish the attention he was showering her with.

“You two, stop teasing! You know we’re the single ones here!” Danica complained as she approached them.

“Apologies. You and Orion arrived thirty minutes early, so we weren’t expecting you to walk in,” Lily responded. She grabbed her phone and noticed Danica’s message indicating they were on their way.

“God! If they had arrived just a few minutes earlier, they would surely have discovered our secret on the wall,” she whispered to Drew.

“I don’t mind. There’s no reason to be ashamed of art.” He winked at her before planting a kiss on her forehead. “It’s finished!”

She gently tugged his arm before he distanced himself. “Love, talk to your dad. I understand you still feel embarrassed around him, but it’s important to have a good relationship.”

“I’ll try…”

Lily knew that her husband still couldn’t move on, even though he was aware of the truth about what had happened to his parents, particularly Mr. Walton’s involvement in infidelity with Cristina and others.

They quickly changed their clothes as more guests would be arriving shortly.

“Hello, neighbors!” She heard Lauren’s voice as they descended the stairs. Kori, their spouses, and their children were also present.

She was thrilled to see them, considering them as friends.

“I’m glad; you look gorgeous, Lily. I’m so happy for you and Drew,” Kori said.

Lauren chimed in, saying, “I didn’t want to broach this subject, but I hope things have improved since the challenging situation.”

“I’m making progress. After Carmela’s case against Kenneth’s group, I tried to move forward and put it behind me. Truth be told, Kenneth reached out to talk to me. I don’t know what he wants, but I’m no longer interested. I don’t want to hear anything from him. I want a peaceful married life with Drew.”

“That’s great! I’m proud of you, Lily. Kael also mentioned that you and Danica have been keeping busy with many clients recently.”

“Yeah… We’re both dedicating our time to that right now.” She didn’t know the true status of Danica’s and Kael’s relationship. Only they can provide clarity on that.

Meanwhile, outside Drew’s house, he found his father in conversation with Mr. Arvesso, Lily’s father.

“I hope you are doing well now, son. Just let me know if you and Lily need anything,” Mr. Walton expressed.

“I’m fine. Lily is doing well too.” They remained quiet for a while before Drew mustered the courage to broach the subject. “Why… Why did you let me believe Mom?”

“Because I wasn’t a good father to you, Drew, even when your mom was still alive. Furthermore, I truly loved Cristina, so there was some truth in what your mom was saying-I mourned the loss of Lily’s mother. I didn’t need to appear faultless in that aspect, so I had to endure it. That’s why I promptly accepted your grandpa’s offer to leave the company.

“I have many shortcomings as a father, and I would rather allow you to continue loving your mom because she needs you more. I don’t want to take you away from her due to my many faults. I know I’ve failed both you and your mom… I’m sorry.”

Drew still harbored a sense of sadness about being deceived by his mother, but like Lily, he needed to put the past behind him.

“How is Grandpa?” Drew inquired.

“He’s as stubborn as ever, but he has no other choice but to stay with me at home. Do you have any plans to return to the office?”

“Thus far, I’m doing well. I invested in various companies even while I was with the Walton Group, so I have no financial concerns. I can still provide for my wife and our soon-to-be children.”

“I’m happy for you, Drew. As your father, I still hope you’ll return to the office because I don’t want anyone else to benefit from your hard work. We both understand how much you’ve contributed to the Walton Group.”

“Thanks, Dad! I’m just waiting for the right moment. I know I’ll come back.”

Mr. Andrew Walton also bid farewell shortly after. He walked him outside the house and instructed the driver to look after his father.

“Drew!” Lily emerged from the house, visibly anxious. She nervously bit her finger and, as she approached him, was unsure of what to do.

“What happened, babe?”

Tears welled up in her eyes, causing him to become concerned.
